But it’s not green! Nope. A friend told me about green smoothies as a great way to get your veggie count up for the day. I made my first one today: strawberries, yogurt, protein powder (optional), half an orange, and collard greens! The collard greens get ground up so small that you barely taste them. It was quite yummy!
