The caterpillar was getting so big. He ate a ton of this leaf in a short amount of time. The next time I went to check on him, he was dead. I think a bird tried to take a bite. So Sad! Made an already rough day even sadder. I was excited to see him turn into a chrysalis, and then a butterfly.
It’s fun going outside every day to see the caterpillar grow!

Summer days make for fast bread rises. This one doubled in 30 minutes!
We’re home and back to grilling.
The view from our dorm/apartment here at Rollins College has been a special saving grace this summer. The chapel steeple and the Spanish roofs are beautiful. Each hour of the day looks completely different. So here, I present, Rollins College for 14 hours. Starting at 9am, I took a photo every hour–from clear skies to afternoon thunderstorms to beautiful sunset.
Working on some personal development by creating a timeline of my life so far. The idea is that it provides insights into how God has been shaping my life and leadership.
Taking a break from my computer to commune with nature. This is an Anhinga bird and she wasn’t too happy when I got close to her. She flew to safety right after this.
