A special appetizer for dinner tonight. Simple, tasty bruschetta. Toast the bread under the broiler, a few minutes on each side. Cut a clove of garlic in half and rub that over the toasted bread. It’s surprising how much flavor you get with simply rubbing the clove on the bread! Spread the toast with goat cheese. Dice tomatoes and mix with salt and pepper. Add this to the toast, then add sliced fresh basil. You’ll love it!
